Baking mini cookies

I need some advice

I'm making these cookies but I want to make mini ones - will it work ok if I make the sausages thinner and the cookies smaller? Should I bake them for less time?

I made these last week, they are seriously good Grin
I think they'd be fine if you just reduce the cooking time and watch them like a hawk. You need to take them out while they still look slightly gooey in the middle, so that they remain chewy when they cool. I slightly overcooked the first batch - removed them when golden brown and they ended up crunchy and brittle.

Oh, and they really spread out in the oven. You need your sausages to be about 50% smaller in diameter than you want the end product.

You're a legend. Just making them now. The first batch seems ok-ish (my baking sheet is so small I can only do 6 at a time!)

9 mins at 160 seems to work.....

Angry at being pregnant and so unable to lick the bowl Grin
