I have two small seabass to have for dinner tonight. Was planning on wrapping in foil and baking but was wondering if anyone had any other ideas or suggestions as to what to put with them in the foil? I am lacking inspiration today.
next time try my idea. i poach/boil the seabass in orange juice then on the plate drissle morenorange juice on top. its yum. i was inspired by one time buying some seabass from m&s with orange butter and havent found it since so tried it like that and i find it tastes lovely.
