can I freeze this?

Hi - I am making a dish which should be okay to freeze normally. However the red wine I am using in the sauce has been frozen already.
Does anyone know if this will still be okay to freeze any leftovers?

Anything that's been frozen is fine to freeze again once it's been cooked, AFAIK.

I think the refreezing thing applies only to meat.

There are others here far more wise in the ways of food safety though, I usually throw caution to the wind...

It'll be absolutely fine. As with anything frozen, just make sure it's piping hot when you reheat it.

Cogito- I batch freeze red wine when I open a bottle for cooking - don't drink red.
