Baby food grinder

I saw a news story in the last few weeks about a recently invented/patented/marketed hand held , non electric baby food grinder ( mouli ) but lost the cutting . can anybody help with details ? Something about a grandmother now marketing it on line , i think

Think you might be talking about the wean machine? Has been in press recently. Looks like a big garlic crusher. Haven't tried but bought one from Mothercare for when wean dd. Half price in my mothercare at mo btw. £10 ish.
