Freezing curry made with yoghurt - OK or not?

That's it really.

Due to sell by dates I have to make a curry using some yoghurt I bought especially, but we won;t be wanting to eat it until next week.

If I make it according to instructions, then let it cool down, can I then freeze it?

OK - but will the yoghurt curdle or do strange things? I'm a bit suspicious of yoghurt, what with it having a life of its own n all...

It might split a little or go thin but I'd think a good stir once it is heated through would solve that.

It's be fine. Only thing you have to be careful of is when you reheat it. Defrost it first and reheat gently to stop it curdling.
