Good stuffing recipe to go with lamb on Sunday?

I love stuffing with my roast, has anyone got a great recipe to go with lamb on Sunday?

I did a lovely Morrocan stuffing (for Turkey at Christmas) with dried apricots and flaked almonds. I should think that it would work very well with lamb with the addition of Mint or Rosemary.
