I don't plan a specific meal for each day unless there's a particular reason to (guests, busy evening, etc); I just write a list of meals for the week and decide which one I'm doing on the day/day before.

This week will involve:
home made pizzas
Cajun salmon
jacket potatoes
rack of lamb
tuna bake
Quorn meatballs & spaghetti

- all with veg, and rice/couscous/potatoes etc if needed

Please share your plan ......

TitsalinaBumSquash Wed 02-Feb-11 14:29:01

Vegetable curry and rice.

I'm like you I only plan the week roughly and decide on the day (depending on things like whether DH working late, or I'm out etc.)

Weird week this week as I'm eating out a few times but...

Salmon wrapped in foil with herbs, potatoes and veg

Balsamic pork chops without the olives served with pasta or potatoes and salad

lamb steaks

puerto rican chicken (from Levi Roots cookbook)

Spag bol

Chilli from Jamie's America book

Chicken curry

Basically depends what meat is on offer in the supermarket!
