Prob a dumb question about Lamb Stew/Casserole

Hiya, am just turning on the slow cooker for hopefully a scrummy stew later, so far have got, lamb, onions, mushroom, leeke, carrots & suede & stock. I have had a brain freeze on how to flavour, which combination if any would you add of the following? confused

Mixed herbs
Worcs Sauce
Red Wine
Mint Sauce
French Mustard

ooh just found some Recurrant Jelly from Christmas too, bad idea? will it taste like a Jam stew?

I definitely wouldn't add mint sauce or mustard, but all the others you mention - inclduding a spoonful of jelly!

Thanks for your help, the cauldron is complete. With Jelly, rosemary, wine and no mustard or mint blush thanks for averting a disaster.
