Im cooking for friends next weekend and can't decide what to do for a starter. I'm doing a chicken date and honey tagine with couscous as the main and probably a lemon tart for pudding but I'm not sure about a starter.
Normally when we have the tagging at home I'd do pitta and houmous with it and maybe some falafel if it's small (leftover size) portions. So I'd probably serve them as part of main, not a starter. What do you think?
