Chilli Chicken

Have thrown some thighs in the slow cooker, with
onion
chilli sauce
diced carrots
tin of toms
red pepper

woould you add anything else? I have lots of herbs and spices and fresh chillis

Just wondering really - I am a pretty good cook, but not always confident in making it up! lol

Sounds good to me. If you have some fresh coriander or parsley you might stir that in at the last minute. Taste when cooked to see whether it needs more salt/ a bit of sugar.

This would be good with brown rice
