....went OTT with the chilli (extra hot dried flakes) and is now almost inedible - just tried some and I am now crying. Have added more tom and tom puree any other tips - cheers

Thank you and surprisingly for me I do have natural yoghurt - chilli has another hour to cook, do I put it in now or B4 I serve?
I'd put it in as I served it
and then give it to me I love super super super spicey food.
No such thing - drink more wine with it
a splash of vinegar will take away the nippyness of the chilli but leave the taste
Does the potato thing that you do with too much salt work with too much chilli?

ketchup - adds a nice sweet flavour,plus cocoa powderand of course yoghurt

Yes do the potato thing. But also serve with natural yoghurt and let everyone add their own to taste. (Mix DC's for them if young)
