I'm officially a weirdo i know, but its worth a try...

at school 15 a few years ago we made this rice dish, twas made with brown rice and i remember it had dry roasted peanuts and cheese in it and it was lovely, then i remembered it yesterday and now want some!

if not do you have any other rice recipes to share, i cant stand plain rice but love it when it takes on flavours like in risotto or my favourite byriani...
