I'm defrosting a pack of steak and kidney now, was going to do a stew type thing with it, but I'm bored of those and have some shortcrust pastry that I need to use up in the fridge.
What the bloody hell shall I do with it so that it turns into a nice rich filling for a pie? Only ever done a chicken pie before
