How best to reheat slices of roast pork??

Had Nigella's cured pork yesterday, yum yum - and feeling lazy, wanted to have the leftovers in rolls, with chips and ketchup grin how are we best reheating pork for this - microwave? For how long?

Can't you have it cold?

My lot are having cold pork and chips for their supper

Any gravy, you could reheat the slices in that, otherwise I'd not bother, as it goes dry and a bit leathery.

Yes - think we will actually, it just won't be as nice will it.

Hi, new to posting but love reading this forum. You could try putting in foil tray with teaspoon or two of water and heating in oven for five minutes to ten, I just did this with the lovely rare rib of beef we had yesterday and did not want cold as just no the same. It worked brilliantly and did not spoil the beef, found the tip by searching, could not heat in gravy as my son hates gravy on his meat.

Hi Julie, and welcome to MN! Thanks for the tip - we had it cold in the end and very nice it was too but I will bear that in mind next time.
