Oriental salad or something hot with slow-roasted pork?

I'm cooking Jamie's slow-roasted marmalade pork tonight. Second time of doing it and it's quite rich so I've just shredded lots of different cabbages (plus red onion, carrot & coriander) and done an oriental-style marinade to go with it.

But should I just dish it up as a cold salad with the hot pork or stir-fry the cabbage mix in the marinade?
