If you make stuffing that is not going into your turkey how do you cook it "times and oven settings" would be great
Use a pyrex dish or shallow dish.don't know about the timings - sorry.Are you making it from scratch or making it from a packet mix?If a packet mix - won't it tell you timings?If you're making it from scratch - you're a supermummy and I'd just pop to Tesco tomorrow and buy some ready made
Either in pyrex souffle-type ditch, or roll spoonfulls into balls the size of a walnut and cook on a baking tray. Just always cooked in the oven at the same time as the roast spuds, so would guess gas mark 6.
20 mins 200C or gas mark 6 - this is my defualt setting for almost everything though and then just check whether it's cooked enough.
