Ocado delivered an enormous gammon, usually I boil it and then bake it the next day but I can't see how I am going to do that unless I cut it in half which seems a shame. Shall I just roast it whole and not bother with the boiling?
I never bother with the boiling part, just shove it in the oven.
Should be ok as long as you soak it first.
Yep - bake it in foil. You can always add liquid (orange juice?) to help keep it moist.
