If you have lamb on Christmas day, what do you serve with it?

Google 'colonial goose' and see what you think of that. It's a stuffed lamb recipe. I'd do all the usual roast trimmings with it.

Sherry and redcurrent gravy.

Make holes in the leg (deep ones) and poke bits of garlic in.

I'm having lamb too.

Dried apricot is nice in stuffing with lamb - you could use onion, garlic and thyme with the finely chopped apricots.

Not stuffing but I make a rub with lamb that is just amazing. I whizz up a tin of anchovies with oil, garlic, rosemary, capers and olive oil to make a paste. Then I either shove in a unrolled deboned leg, or make slits and shove in. It's fabulous and the juices make a really amazing gravy.

I'm doing slow-cooked lamb with garlic, rosemary and anchovies poked into it. I'll make a jus with the juices and some red wine.

We'll eat it with sauteed potatoes, broccoli and carrots.

No oven here so can't get over-complicated about things.

Oh, and importantly, with the leftovers I'll be doing:

- lamb stuffed into flatbreads with salad, tomatoes, humous, feta and chilli sauce
- lamb and jus stirred into flageolet beans
- lamb curry
