I have duck legs. I have hoisin sauce.

What do I do with them both?

Ideally would prefer more of a main meal than just doing crispy pancakes.

Any suggestions?

Have you seen a doctor about them? I'm sure they can do something about duck legs these days...


Ahem, sorry. Can you do some kind of slow roast thing?

How about this or just roast the legs (maybe with soy/honey glaze) and do a stir fry and add a tbsp or so of hoisin with some soy and sherry towards the end?

grin Cheese! I thought that as soon as I had typed it...

I found this recipe which i might try, although it does say plum sauce and I have a bottle of hoisin lurking in the cupboard...could substiute?
