What do you do with the ramekins from ready-packed pies and puddings?

I've just realised I have 10 - count 'em, 10! - shepherd's pie ramekins from all the Charlie Bighams we've had over the last few months. Will be useful if we ever entertain eight guests and I decide to make individual rhubarb crumbles...but in the meantime, what do I do with them?? They're too nice to throw out.

We use them for putting mayonnaise in or humous.

I've got about 18 of the feckers. I never use them.

There was a thread a while back about how many ramekins people had - you're not alone Grin

rubyrubyruby, you sound like me!

Tea lights are a great idea, but these are the solid porcelain ones. Humous is a thought, though...

They sound a bit small for a decent portion of Lemon Posset. You could make your own tea lights by melting knub-ends of candles and give them away to friends over Christmas. This does two jobs; gives them a nice present and passes the storage problem to them as well!

Make fab little fish pies/cottage pies for little ones.

Perfect for those tiny bits of left over sauces that get used next day.

garlic butter mix for freezer.

I seem to reuse them over and over again.

Perfect little portions for left over christmas pudding mix.

endlessssss,,,,
