The team at ARTIQ is united by the shared goal of bringing momentum to the cultural sector: introducing great art to our clients and ensure artists and creatives are paid fairly.

We are currently looking for our next incredible team member to help our CEO Patrick, as his Personal Assistant dealing with everything from pitches to paperwork!

Patrick founded ARTIQ 11 years ago with a desire to create a sustainable cultural economy; paying artists fairly and providing spaces with incredible art. As an LGBT entrepreneur, Patrick is passionate about supporting diverse communities through ARTIQ’s services and supports local charities and trusts with mentorship and fundraising. Deeply committed to furthering cultural awareness and experience, you will play a central part in helping him get things done.

What you’ll be responsible for:

•Looking after Patrick’s emails, diary, travel and day to day life
•Drafting: emails, quotes, presentations.
•Managing client enquiries and expectations, with the utmost care
•Ensuring the team is kept in the loop, for our team is everything
•Helping with client sales and projects including paperwork, scheduling and prep for meetings
•Keeping track of expenses, Salesforce and reports Patrick needs to make to the business/Board
•Innovating to make things better – we question things when they don’t work well and always look to make improvements
•Undertaking ad-hoc research projects on new markets and new ideas

What we expect:

•At least three years experience as a PA/EA or Administrator
•A passion for arts and culture and/or business
•Emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills
•Commercial awareness: experience dealing with a range of professionals, with the utmost tact and diplomacy
•A team player with long-term ambition at ARTIQ
•A proactive and can-do attitude
•Absolute discretion and reliability
