We currently have an opportunity for a part-time Programme Officer based at our Guy’s Campus. The post is in the Faculty of Life Sciences & Medicine Programme, Placement & Assessment team. The post is three days a week (21 hours), ideally Monday, Tuesday and Friday, but there may be some flexibility in this. Although based at Guy’s campus, there will be some days when the post holder will work at our Waterloo office. As we return to campus, colleagues attend campus on a repeating rota; this post will be required to be on campus on a pattern of two days one week and one day the next. The Programme Officer supports students and academic staff as the first point of contact for queries, whether face-to-face, via phone or electronic media. The role is responsible for essential work to support the delivery of our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and for ensuring that student lifecycle activities run smoothly, ensuring that our students and staff experience our services in a seamless and effective manner. With support to develop a working knowledge of regulations and processes, the Programme Officer is a valued and trusted member of the team with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
