Joining BDO’s Shared Service Centre (SSC) means being part of an exciting period of growth and change in one of our key business units. We work across every part of BDO, specialising in services that impact every client and help create real value by doing them efficiently and effectively.
Every day, you’ll work with managers and team members who will help you build the skills you need to solve complex challenges we’re presented with. Alongside extensive training, you’ll have the opportunity to build out your CV working on innovative services that are essential for supporting our national and international clients.

Tax: Completing personal, corporate and Employment tax processing for client facing teams and work extensively with BDO’s tax software and workflow tools.
Accounts: Support regional client facing audit teams by preparing statutory accounts from trial balance under FRS 102, FRS 102 section 1a and FRS 101 while working extensively with Caseware accounting software and other workflow tools.
Audit: Supporting the client facing audit teams with multiple aspects of the audit process including audit set up, report generation, derivative valuation and casting.
Business Services & Outsourcing: Support our client facing outsourcing teams with a range of outsourcing processes including bookkeeping, VAT returns and management accounts

Competent IT skills including knowledge of MS Office products
Well presented with strong professional written and verbal communication skills
Good time management, organisational skills and able to prioritise effectively
Capable of using own initiative and taking a flexible approach when required
