We are Konvergent, a boutique consultancy, on a journey of significant growth over the next 5 years.
Our incredible Head of Operations is looking for a Contracts and Finance Administrator to support her in the smooth running of our Operations as the demands on the function grow.
Whilst our head office is in London, we are ideally looking for an individual who is happy to be home based and is within commutable distance to Somerset or North Devon to meet our Head of Operations once a week.
This is a part-time role (3 days per week) with the view to go full time in the future.
Skills & Experience
•Excellent experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
•Book-keeping, or basic accountancy experience
•Excellent numerical skills
•Confident working on your own initiative and with minimal supervision
•Impeccable English both written and oral
•You must also possess a good telephone manner
•Experienced engaging with stakeholders both internally & externally
•Comfortable stepping up to take on further responsibility when necessary
•Experience with SharePoint, Teams, Sage or Xero
