Appointment Maker, Sales Executive, Relationship Manager - All Roles are Flexible

CH4B are looking to work with great people with great talents to build a team who all share the same vision and values. We understand there are many capable people out there that require flexibility in their job role to ensure they have the right work-life balance.

We have various roles available all based around growing our membership base

Role One: Appointment Maker - You will be required to make outbound calls to a B2B data set provided to you to make appointments for the Sales Executive.

Role Two: Sales Executive - You will be hosting Zoom meetings with potential new members booked by the Appointment Makers, taking them through an overview of CH4B with the aim to sign them up at the meeting and following up by email with the joining process. Once they have joined the relationship will then be handed over to the Relationship Manager.

Role Three: Relationship Manager - You will be managing an ongoing relationship with the member, holding monthly strategy meetings and referring them onto our expert partners when required.

You could be great at one or all three of these roles we don’t mind. We want the role to fit around you and offer flexible part time working, you can choose the hours you work and even the days!

We are looking for the right people that want to enjoy what they do and have a real desire to help business owners be successful.

Your Capabilities
These will vary depending on the role however all roles will require you to be member centric, offering a high-level service at every touch point in communicating with a potential new member.

Your Experience
With all of the roles we would like you to demonstrate a previous track record of success, great work ethic and customer satisfaction. It would be advantageous although not essential if you have experience of working remotely and experience working within the B2B sector would be desirable.

How you will be expected to work
The role will be home based and will require the use of a laptop and mobile phone.

For the role of appointment maker your calls will be made through a dialler and monitored. For the role of New Member Acquisition and Membership Manager you will be required to hold meetings via Zoom.
