Events and Operations Manager(1 Post)
Blue Marine Foundation (BLUE) is seeking a dynamic, driven and versatile Events and Operations Manager to assist with the organisation of BLUE’s events, office management and administration.
You will enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced environment in a broad role with a wide range of responsibilities. You will have proven experience in a similar operational role.
You will be a great communicator, take initiative, have strong integrity, discretion and be adept at managing a wide range of relationships.
This is an incredible opportunity to join a highly impactful charity at the cutting edge of marine conservation.
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 per annum pro rata, based on knowledge and experience, plus generous benefits package.
Hours: 24 hours per week, to be worked over 3 days between Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (actual days to be discussed further at interview)
Contract: Fixed-term, maternity cover, 6-9 months
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Somerset House, London
Holidays: 5 weeks leave per annum plus Bank/Public holidays and additional time off at Christmas (pro rata for part-time)
Reporting to: Lynne Smith, Finance Director
