I have two goldfish at work. They are running out of food. I have half a tub of tropical fish food at home. Can i give them this?

Yes, you can give them that for now. It's probably higher in protein than goldfish food though, so I wouldn't give it to them long-term.

My goldfish love peas....I cook and shell peas for em. They also like cucumber and spinach.

Yes, goldfish love veggies! Flake food is meant as a staple, not as their only food so supplementing them with veg is a good idea, especially if they are fancy goldfish because they are prone to constipation.
