Bad Neighbours 2 is a weirdly feel-good film

...is a sentence I never thought I'd write. Just watched this on Netflix and was expecting the usual gross-out humour from the first film (which it has) but it ends up being a sort of cuddly celebration of sisterhood. And the main college girl character doesn't end up with a boyfriend! I have wasted my life watched a lot of high school/college comedies and I am struggling to think of a single one where the main female character didn't get a boyfriend in the end.

Not exactly recommending it but curious if anyone else has seen it and was surprised at how it turns out.
