Just came back from seeing this. Deafeningly loud music & really didn't get it.

I saw it, thought it was OK. Didn't notice music, not sure there was anything to 'get', it was just her story from immediately after the assassination.

Two things annoyed me - her breathy way of speaking and that she looked like Freddie Mercury in his ill years.

I liked the kennedy tv show with Katie Holmes, it was slated too iirc.

Really? I wasn't convinced about it at the time but I think the central point was that she had a belief in him as a great man when in actual fact he wasn't. There is one line where she says to Robby "you know he was a great man" and he replies "there are a lot that don't agree - they would say he he started the Cuban missile crisis". It is only when you look at what the numerous mistakes he made that you realise she manipulated history. I liked it personally.
