Watching Independence Day. The scene where the dog evades the explosion never fails to make me laugh.

I've also got the scene where the president gives the rhyming speech to look forward to.

The funniest / cringeworthy moment I remember on TV is Judy Finnigan flashing her bra unintentionally to the nation and not even realising!!

At the end of Dirty Dancing when Johnny jumps off the stage and you see his big gormless face grooving in closeup.

The Saturday lunchtime BBC Grandstand (sports programme) April Fool joke from many years ago .

I'm old enough that my, then, DP and I watched it live with our jaws dropping further and further towards the floor - until we realised!

Many years ago Scottish chef Nick Nairn was filming a traditional cookery 'tour'. He was watching a wee old lady make black pudding. Unfortunately he was fatally hungover. As she poured a huge jug of blood into a bowl of oatmeal and onion he literally turned green and had to flee. The knowing smile on the sweet old lady's face was SO funny. Think it might still be on YouTube
