Ok help!?! Quick run down of what they all are?

I have freeview (no sky / virgin) just BT broadband.

What does each offer & how much? Are you locked into a contract?

I like movies, box sets & that sort of thing.

Netflix is Netflix.
It has TV shows, films and original content. I'm not listing them all, sorry.

NowTV is like sky's On demand service.
It has lots of movies from sky movies and about 10channels from my with their programs listed to watch whenever you like.

Neither have a contract, you can have a month here and there, stop it for a month, start it up again etc.

Personally I liked having both, Netflix originals were pretty good, Better call Saul, orange is the new black, Lillyhammer, etc.
Nowtv has lots of good movies and the TV has things from discovery, Sky Atlantic, and lots more.

Netflix is great value for money, particularly if you live in the US.

Amazon Prime -- not just films and tv, but also shopping discounts, faster delivery, etc.

Apparently the US Netflix is better than the UK one. There's meant to be so much more on there.

I've had a quick look at the US Netflix through a US VPN and they do have things that we don't however I can't get any of it to play when I use a VPN so it's a bit pointless. Also not sure on the legal issues regarding that.
