According to IMDB it's a PG13 in the USA. So I wouldn't expect it to be much different over in the UK.

Hmm yeah will probably be a 12A?

I looked into this and some PG-13s have been rated at 15 rather than 12A, but I bloody hope not Star Wars as I've already bought tickets and my ten year old might object if I abandon him at home and go anyway Grin (He hasn't done well with 12As in the past, we left Jurassic World before the end, for example. But I've told him if he wants to leave this one he's on his own).

Given the 4 billion tons of toys available, it's likely to be a 12A

Disney XD tv channel has just run a trailer as well.

I'm really hoping it's a 12A too as i have bought tickets for my son & a few of his friends who are all 10 years old. Failing that i'll have to find 4 friends to go with me & book a babysitter instead!

My 3 (8, 10, 13) are really looking forward to it too and we have tickets for the Premier so there is no way we will be walking out.

I'd imagine they would cut it rather than miss out on the 12A rating. EverythingsShiny, we have 'uber seats' in the IMAX that are more comfortable than my bed. There is NO chance of me leaving even if there's an earthquake Grin

Don't blame you Tribpot. That should be an absolutely amazing experiance.

This'll be us Gold on the 16th December though will most likely have to do the iMax as well at a later date.

There's an IMAX showing at 3:15 a.m. on the day of release but I've decided I actually would just sleep in that case. The last film we saw in the IMAX was the dreadful Pixels movie (was that the name? It was bollocks).

My local cinema is listing 00.01am and 03.15am showings on the 16th Dec, then a full programme from the 17th onwards.
