I second Little Women, although I do start weeping shortly after Beth contracts Scarlet Fever and continue intermittently (but more happily) all the way the final scene. DH has banned me from watching it in his presence.

The Secret Garden, the 1993 adaptation, is admittedly aimed at children but is a beautiful adaptation that leaves me with all the feels.

North & South, the 2003 miniseries with Richard Armitage. That is the loveliest of them all. You might want to take the precautionary measure of having your ovaries covered in a protective layer of adamantium though, just in case...
