For films so toe curlingly bad, they need to be shared.

I'll give you, "Walking On Sunshine". So bad and not in a good way. It made Mama Mia look well acted. And Greg Wise?!!! Didn't he used to have a decent career?!! What happened?!

Osage, August County - or is it August, Osage County? Anyway - full of hysterical women screaming at each other and being Oscar nominated because they are famous ACTORS.

Alien vs Predator:Requiem.

I've tried to watch it at least 4 times. As in proper 'I'm going to sit down and focus' watching. Still get half way through and say 'Fuck me, this is crap' and turn it off.

And I love cheesy, so-bad-they're-good films.

The New Girlfriend - French film which got good reviews in the weekend papers. Definitely odd.

Event Horizon - great premise, really great! But terrible execution.
I watched after several people on here said it was the scariest film they'd ever seen on a thread about scary films, it could have been terrifying, but it was just a bit gratuitous and gross.

TheHounds - yep I felt the same about that one too - "gross crap" was my synopsis for DH...

Thehounds totally agree. U watched it after a thread about scary films and that was recommend loads but my god it was pants.

House of a thousand corpses is a new level of crap.

There were at two occasions when I thought this op. Both times dh's, then dbf, fault. He was a member of the film society and was on the rota for setting up the reel for two films that he clearly hadn't read up about before hand. To be fair, I hadn't either.

Anyway, because he was on the rota, I sat through them with him. The first time this happened, he was showing "Road Trip" and said during the film "This is disgusting". I nodded in agreement as well as annoyance.

The second time this happened, he was showing "Requiem for a Dream". Very disturbing and miserable.

The Bicycle Thieves (1949 b/w Italian). My (film buff) DS made me watch this as it's considered a classic. We both decided it was c--p.

The Women.

It's like a load of blokes sat around and thought "What do women talk about when we're not there?"

And came up with that massive bag of drivel!

Hellevator. In futuristic Japan people get stuck in a lift and some of them are killed. It's dire.

I LOVE House of 1000 Corpses Grin

Yes, Walking on Sunshine was awful Was very glad I'd seen on Netflix and hadn't paid extra for it.

But, A Million Days to die in the West has to be the most awful film I've perhaps ever watched.

Just so UNfunny and I'd paid a few quid to watch on Pay per View, which we hardly ever do, so I was doubly annoyed Smile

I got suckered in to watching Birdman the other day. Absolute drivel. Emperor's new film.

Also hated Godzilla and left the cinema for a fag halfway through.

Came on this thread to say The Women and have been beaten to it! Was so crap it has become the benchmark by which all other crap films are judged in our house - we haven't found a worse one yet!

Sorry, love the Bicycle Thieves.
Burlesque-does swerve into so bad it's good.
Some load of shite with Richard Pryor and gene wilder. Fell asleep in the first 15 mins.

Zombeaver. Think American Pie meets zombie beavers but with less likable characters and worse acting.

So bad it wasn't even funny!

I really liked Where the wild things are - partly I think because the film version of Max reminded me a lot of DS - but it's not a children's film, more a film for adults about childhood.

"Four weddings and a funeral" Posh guy swears a lot, how terribly funny. Yawwwn

"Titanic" with Leanardo what's his face. A tragic part of history turned into a puke filled lurve story.

I have just spent my lovely free afternoon watching 'Into The Woods'

Now I like stage musicals but the constant singing drove me nuts. Terrible, score, terrible script, terrible plot. Urrgh!

If I'd been at the cinema I'd have walked out - that bad.
So many big name stars cast, what were they thinking?
