I know that you don't know me. I literally have nowhere else to go right now. Ihave used MN in the past but left. I can't link my other names or give clues. I am really sorry.

Just in need of some company.

Sorry.

hello, I'm here. What's up?

Hello I'm here

I often feel very alone right now, even if I'm not (something to do with flashbacks) so I do understand.

Anything you want to talk about or just know you are not alone?

I just need something to do and somewhere to be that is not inside my own head. Also the distraction would come in handy.

Do you want to talk about it or shall we talk about something else?

Hi- are you into jogging? I used to be but I have been lazy + work. Would love to get back into it but I need a push.

Hello really sorry you're feeling so alone. I get thoughts going around too and find I'm always trying to be busy or I listen to music just to shut my head up. Don't know if this is any help but hope I can help if you need to talk.

Hello. Don't apologise for wanting some company- that's what MN is for.

SilverBoots · 09/06/2010 21:27

don't be sorry, what happened today?

Report
willsurvivethis · 09/06/2010 21:27

You're not a bad person for thinking about or needing to sh - I's a coping mechanism

Are you're alone? Can you put on some music or the radio, that helps me when I have one of those days and the house just seems too quiet.

Can you get it out in a less destructive way? Playing music really loud and singing along? Mad dancing?

Report
SagacityNell · 09/06/2010 21:29

Today? nothing happened. I am stuck in a circle of wanting to seriously hurtmyelf or run away but i can't. Because of the DCs.

What music do you like? Can I entice you towards Prince even if you aren't running

Report
SilverBoots · 09/06/2010 21:31

How many DCs do you have?

Report
SagacityNell · 09/06/2010 21:31

No not alone. DH is in. But he is part of the problem. Nothing bad, i just dont think i want to be with him. Have spoken about 4 sentances to each other in last 3 days.

Tried dancing like an eejit and loud music as well as singing. Also tried ice cubes, red felt tip, cold shower,.......

Well done trying all these things - that's really positive that you can acknowledge your feelings and look for alternatives

Please don't say 'Prince'
