You have been doing so well dealing with all the crap that life is sending you. I wish I could offer some real help and hope that some of the people who have been through some of the things you are coping with will be able to come offer some support. I will say that keeping calm with that thing in your living room would probably help you better as you cant let him get away with his current tricks. Take care

I think people are on a puma hunt at the moment. You have a lot of friends here who want to help you. You are doing well at dealing with this

You are not. You are on a road to a better life, don't stop now, however tempting that is.

hi hun
you certainly have a lot going on.

what help do u need for your ds?
In terms of getting counselling or help for yourself then you could try and go through a voluntary organisation so that the waiting list will not be as long and they are still fully trained counsellors etc.
Has the gp given u anything for the depression? Zispin is a good anti depressant that also helps with sleep. If you are feeling suicidal/unable to cope then you can self refer to your local community mental health services tell them u feel like you need an assessment of some sort and what is best way to go about it as your gp isnt being very helpful. Another way to access is to go to your local sure start and ask to talk to their health visitor. I know it can be hard to make the calls etc but it is well worth it.

About waiting for outcome of rape do u not have a liason officer or a number to contact to find out what is happening.
I am sorry for all your turmoil and please take care of yourself if u want to talk then feel free to cat me.

Justthinking, I don't know who you are, and thank you for taking the time to post on my thread. I haven't a clue who you are, and picking up on this, I AM a police officer, as ashamed to say it sometimes as I am, BUT, if I can help in any way, PLEASE CAT me, or ask anything you want on here, I haven't a clue what's happening but you mention Rape and it's got me in my gut. Pleae, Please, talk to me one way or the other. I may have my own problems but my work is one area where I am strong if you know what I mean. To be honest I don't care about myself one sh*t but I do care about others. now I know about the Vodka. If it's any help I've been in the same position.
