got CPN coming for the first time on monday

just had a phone call from her. she will be here at 9.30am monday morning. Im very scared....

well, i hope it all goes ok. don't do what i used to, and just say "no, everything's fine".. i never got any help because i used to lie and say i was ok!

It is a great step forward Titania! You have been waiting for this moment for a long time. You are bound to be nervous, but try to see beyond that to the help she might be able to give you.

I don't exactly know The one i saw last week for my phobia mainly asked me questions about my family and how I felt about my phobia, and one or two questions aimed at finding out if I was depressed. When she decided I wasn't depressed, she said there was nothing she could do for me, but pointed me in the direction of some charities that could help. I think a CPn could probably help you more.

I would say that was a pretty good indication that you need her! Did she sound nice on the phone? That would make all the difference.

erm.i think so... she was really polite and kept saying 'ah bless ya'....

titania crying on the phone is good! it means that she already knows that you aren't "ok"...
i really hope it goes well for you. I never met my CPN.. she called me once and she had a really strong irish accent and i didn't know what she was saying
