take a deep breath and have a cuppa!! I have done nothing all day. Feel fed up! Fell out with eldest last night shouted at H this morning!!
Went to a funeral yesterday it was the anniversary of my Dads funeral! I feel I have to be strong for the world sometimes but no one seems to think I need the support sometimes!
We all get down sometimes. At least we recognise it!!

Titters,
Put his favourite video on, give him a drink and a biscuit and let him sit by the tv for an hour whilst you pop your feet up on sofa and have a power nap.
