Hello,

I feel like this too sometimes. Have you just startd the meds? What are they called? Do you have any one with you you can chat too. You are not alone, you can get through this.

its like being ill but not being able to tell anyone really as its internal and its such a massive effort to do everything and i have so little energy and a heavy workload with the kids and life that I cant not fulfill

I just would love a sister really or some unconditional loveing help but none to hand

and dont know who or what organsitions or whatever as dont want to be indulgent / only want a wee hold of my hand really I suppose

I know its not helpful at 10pm on a Sunday night, but you should go and see your doctor tomorrow and tell them how you have been feeling, they might be able to change your dose, give you a different anti-d, or send you for some counselling too. I'd get an early night now, sleep is so important for fighting depression. I find getting excercise every day helps even if its just a walk around the block, and taking multi vitamins and being careful with my diet. Do you live with a partner? do you have kids?

If you try and get to sleep now, things might be clearer in the morning,
If you feel like you might hurt yourself or someone else, its best to call your out of hours doctor or go to A and E....

You seem to have sympthoms of depression, and on the right medication it can get better, so much better. You should go and see your GP and get them to try and sort out your meds. Depression is an illness, its not your fault, and things will get better, you are not going to be like this forever...

You can ask to see a different doctor at your surgery or change practice. They have a responsbility to care for yourproperly.

I'm sure your family all love you, thoug I know its hard to appreicate that at the moment.
