I was just wondering as it seems to me that most of us who suffer from anxiety have some kind of obsessional focus:
meeting people,
what people think of us,
health,
outside spaces,
lifts,
etc etc
Do you think it is true?
If so what is your 'focus' however, irrational you think it is there must be a few of us who focus on the same thing surely?
I freak out if I am too far from a toilet and start thinking I need to go and start getting the usual panic attack symptoms - it is such a PITA - literally!
