PND test online

I have a sneaky feeling that i may have PND and just wondered if the test was online anywhere,

my dd1 is 2.8 and dd2 is 6mths, DH says he thinks i had it first time round mildly and this time is worse, i put it down to tiredness but reading this thread there are an awful lot of facts hitting home which sound very familiar.

Dont think i want to take ADs... not sure... are there any alternatives which work?
thanks everyone

I think it's called the edinburgh test. There was a thread on it this week.

Sorry to hear your not feeling good.

There are lot's of alternatives to ad's. Maybe you could speak to your gp or HV for some ideas.
I know some people take St Johns wort, magnesium and some other herbal remedies.

Someone might be able to do a link for you to the test. I've had a look but I can't find it.

I recognise these questions I think I did the trials for it. I answered pages and pages of these q's. I kept thinking someone will read it and come and talk to me but of course no one did as it was just for research and I was never as honest with my HV.

25 this time! I have been diagnosed with depression as I haven't had the baby yet, and apparently Ante Natal Depression is not officially recognised. I am really hoping that it is only antenatal, though, and that once the baby comes I will get better.
