Struggling to eat

Hi Op, may I ask what is making you struggle to eat? With me I find it can be stress that reduces my appetite.

You can buy drinks like Complan/ Nourishment if you really can’t eat at the moment.

@MellowMelly Anxiety and depression. Thank you. I'm not going out atm (heading off to bed now) but will see if OH can pick them up for me tomorrow at some point. Guessing somewhere like Boots?

I totally understand. When my anxiety was awful I struggled so much with food so I basically drank my calories. Complan/Nurishment/smoothies and soups are great to sustain your body temporarily until you’re ready to eat again.

Yes Boots or a big supermarket. Do check online to see who is doing any deals on them as it can get pricey. Hope you feel better soon.
