Where do you get help if you have mental health problems? I went to the GP and was told to see what support my employer offers. Employer offered some 'wellness' website which is fine but very basic. The information wasn't anything new to me as I've read a lot of books on the subject.
What other options do I have? I don't want to go back to my GP.
