I've been taking 10mg of Citalopram for anxiety, I'm on day 12 now and I have a constant headache, I have had headaches over the past few days but sporadically along with nausea and tiredness. Since last night the headache has been constant and paracetamol is not touching the pain at all, I haven't taken anti-depressants before and wondered if this is normal because I'm not sure how much longer I can put up with it for. Thank you
