Just made a docs app!

Hey I think I’m suffering from anxiety for a while, im getting worse so I’ve finally made an appointment

When I do things that scare me, like phoning a few people, goin town in some shops on my own, etc I get extremely exhausted after and can’t keep awake! Anyone experience that?

I sweat so much when I’m goin to do the school run, go somewhere, meet someone etc It’s really embarrassing
And when I stress it makes my stomach hurt and makes me need go toilet
I panick going out the door, heart races, needing a wee all the time, get really thirsty as I’m about to leave

I can’t concentrate like watching tv, readin a book My Mind is always on the go and thinking the worst possible things.

Anyone like this? Any tips? Thanks

Seeing your GP is a good idea. Other things I have found helpful are meditation, mindfulness and exercise.
