So I'm struggling to cope at the moment. I don't feel myself at all. It comes in waves. I feel ok when my brains occupied but when it's not I just feel completely empty and numb. Abit like I don't even exists. I have no feeling or emotion and just wanna sleep.

I am the same, I went to my gp about it and they have referred me for talking therapies.

I literally cannot remember the last truly pleasant mood I had, and I want to get them back. I'm like a woken zombie.

My family say things like: just do something you like or eat something nice. Pah. I love dogs, but if you put a dog on my lap I would just stare at it for a few seconds and then push it off.

Would you try talking therapies or meds? I'm hoping an empathetic ear would help me, rather than the "pull yourself together" shite that I'm getting from everyone.

It's definately worth seeing your GP about how you are feeling, they can help.
