Sertraline

Hello everyone. I have been taking Sertraline for PND for around 2 and a half months now. I had some initial side effects - felt buzzy, jaw clenching, bit nauseous but it wasn't too bad. (Had awful nausea/sweating side effects with citalopram prior to this pregnancy). After they subsided I felt great, best I have in years, and was really enjoying my baby.
The pharmacy gave me a different brand of Sertraline two and a bit weeks ago and since then I have had awful 'side effects' - nausea, diarrhoea, constant jaw clenching, weakness, dizzy...I know it could be a bug but it does seem to be a bit of a coincidence. Particularly the jaw clenching which is such a specific side effect and one I had at the start.
Does this sound totally crazy? I had bloods done and all are fine and waiting on stool sample results. Thank you!!

They say there's no difference across brands but I think there is. I was given a change of brand and after years on the stuff (life saver for me, happy to take for rest of my life tbh) I got side effects. Told doc who said nah, you're imagining things. But I wasn't. Back on my normal brand and alls tickety boo.
