I have been off work for 3 weeks now with crippling anxiety. I had started medication and thought I was getting better. I had really hoped to be back at work today. I had my clothes ironed, my lunch ready, I was ready to go. But when it was time to leave, I just didn't feel ready and kind of fell apart. Feeling pretty useless today. Just want to feel normal again. Does anyone have any tips for getting back to work? Thanks.
