hi , i only have the 1 - bpd , (i think its the most common)
which ones do you have?

They can sometimes run in pairs.

Attention seeking PD often goes together with histrionic PD.

Narcissism and psychopathy are natural bedfellows.

There are a few where one can be mistaken for another.

i also suffer debilitating paranoia , but my psych believes that is from my ptsd - as the paranoia is linked to trauma triggers. so things he'd expect me to be paranoid about.

All of these things have elements which manifest in different ways for different people - so where do you draw the line between something you experience as part of one PD, and it being a whole new PD or other co-morbid condition?

None of it is straightforward at all, and doctors don;t even have a totally clear picture because they only see you for short discrete amounts of time in a setting where there's already a certain dynamic set up.
