Can anyone give me some tips on dealing with sever anxiety? I have suffered from anxiety for 11 years but my usual coping mechanisms aren't working and I feel at breaking point.

Hi again I was listening to this on a trip from home yesterday. 3hrs. And I suffer with not liking being away from home. I'm not saying it was a miracle but it did help. And I slept better last night and was less anxious in waking. So I'm cracking on with it because im.not letting anxiety rule my life!!!
